The school provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities which deliver the formal curriculum of HPE & fosters participation in inter and intra school competitions. A specialised team of instructors and coaches impart professional training to the students on a regular basis. Apart from sports and games such as Football, Badminton, Basket Ball, DodgeBall, Box Cricket, Volleyball, Carrom, Chess, Table Tennis etc, Yoga and Pranayam are being taken in regular PT periods as per schedule. Beside this, Inter House Annual Sports Meet is organized to display excellence in different sporting events.

- Gold Medal in Kusano –Ha Open INVITATIONAL Karate Championship held on 26th May 2024 at Malaysia.
- He also received a Silver and a Bronze Medal in Shotokan Karate Championship organised by World Funakoshi Shotokan Karate Organisation on 7th April 2024.
- In Karate Championship organised by World Funakoshi Shotokan Karate organised by Shotokan Karate Self-Defence Association (Under 12 to 13 yrs Category) , he won a Gold Medal in Kumite and a Silver Medal in Kata held on 28th July 2024 . He also won a Gold Medal in Kata & Silver Medal in Kumite held on 11th August 2024

- Lok Puram Public School Girls Cricket Team won the Trophy in an Under 15 Cricket Competition organised by Mumbai Indians on 22nd February 2024.

- Varun Iyer of Std IX won 3rd Prize & Certificate in VIBGYOR High, khargar, Skating under 16- conducted on 2nd December 2023.
- Saanvi Kumar of Std.VII won a Gold Medal in 1min and a Bronze Medal in 20sec Skating Race Under 14 Girls Category at District Level on 7th January 2024 in Endurance Maharashtra Championship 2023-24 organised by Endurance Maharashtra Association.

● We applaud the achievement of our student Sarthak Khedekar from Std VI who won Gold Medals in 50 mtrs. and 100 mtrs. Breaststroke in 1st Thane District Sub Junior & Junior Aquatic Championship 2022 organised on 14th and 15th May 2022. He was selected for 38th Sub Junior National Aquatic Championship 2022 held at Rajkot, Gujarat from 24th to 26th June 2022 wherein he stood at the 10th Position and received a Participation Certificate. The budding swimmer also secured Third Place in 50 meter.Breaststroke and 50 Mtr Fly in Rotaract Club of Thane Creekside held on 28th May 2022 under the guidelines of Thane District Swimming Association.
